BIXONIC FAQ: SHIPPING, RETURNS, & WARRANTY

Common questions about our store. Email us (bixonic-info@kikusui.co.jp) if you have more questions and we will do our best to answer. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM (PST). We will be closed on major national holidays.


What is your Return Policy?

Any new and unused items in their original package purchased from our website can be returned within 30 days of receiving your product(s) for a refund. Please email us at bixonic-info@kikusui.co.jp.

Customers assume return shipping costs.

 

How do I make a return?

Contact us at bixonic-info@kikusui.co.jp. Return the item in the original box and ship it back to us.

How long does shipping take?

It will take roughly 5 business days from receiving the order to ship out. We will provide tracking information when your order ships out.

 

Can I purchase from outside the US?

We currently limit our shipping to within the 50 states and the District of Columbia.

 

Damaged or faulty products?

If you receive damaged or faulty product(s) upon the arrival of your order, please email us at bixonic-info@kikusui.co.jp. We will ship a replacement or fix the issue for free.

 

What is the Warranty?

Warranty of effect pedals and footswitch is 1 year from the purchase date. Email us at bixonic-info@kikusui.co.jp if you have a malfunctioning item.

 

The warranty covers issues related to the function and operation of the pedals and footswitch caused by faulty parts.

Chipping or cracks of the paint are not covered by warranty. Due to the manufacturing process's nature, the product's finish may vary. Broken knobs and switches are also not covered.

We can still repair issues that are not covered by warranty for additional labor, parts, and shipping costs.

 

Sales Tax

Kikusui America, Inc. does not withhold the state sales tax except for the sales within the states of CA, IL, MA, MI, MN, SC, TX, and WA. You should be responsible for a use tax with your state. Please contact your state tax authority for more details.
