Q. How to restore the memory settings to their initial state?
A. To restore to factory default settings, Turn the effect ON, then press and hold SAVE button for at least 10 seconds until all the illumination starts blinking orange. Then, press each of SAVE, M1, M2 and M3 buttons in order within another 10 seconds before the blinking stops.
Q. I accidentally inserted the batteries backward. Could it cause any damage?
A. No, the multi-effect pedal is protected by a battery back-insertion prevention circuit and will not be damaged.
Q. Can I use 9V batteries other than alkaline?
A. No, you can`t. For example, manganese batteries can only operate for a very short time (about 10 minutes). Rechargeable batteries such as lithium or nickel metal hydride cannot be used for safety reasons. Please make sure to use alkaline batteries (6LR61).
Q. I put in new batteries, but they ran out the next day. Why is that?
A. The multi-effect pedal is turned on by plugging it into the input jack and turned off by unplugging it. If the input plug is plugged in, power is consumed even if TrueBypass is on. Please remember to unplug the input plug when it’s not in use. However, when the AC adapter is connected to the AC adapter jack, the battery will not be drained even if the input plug is plugged in.
Q. Is the sound flat when all the equalizers in BufferedBypass are set to center?
A. No, it is adjusted to give a crisp and clear guitar sound. If you are interested in a flat Bypass sound, use TrueBypass mode.
Q. Is there a dedicated AC adapter?
A. No, unfortunately, it is not currently available for sale. However, you can use a negative center AC adapter with regulated 9V voltage and 300mA, or more current capacity, so please purchase one separately.
Q. Some of the LEDs around the footswitch have started blinking. Is this a malfunction?
A. No, it is not a malfunction. The LEDs around the footswitch also serve as a battery level indicator. When the batteries are depleted, the LEDs start blinking. When the last one starts to blink, the unit is about to shut down. We recommend replacing the batteries as soon as possible.
Q. What happens to memory footswitch A1-F if the AC adapter is not connected?
A. Effects can be turned on and off, and memory and other functions will work. However, the LEDs around the footswitch will not light up.
Q. I want to use memory footswitch A1-F away from the multi-effect pedal and operate it with a commercially available stereo cable. Can it cause any problems?
A. We do not recommend this because we cannot guarantee a failure-less operation, and the risk of breakdowns increases. However, there are some reports that it works up to 10m.

Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Orders placed on business days before 12:30 PM will be shipped within 48 hours. However, an incomplete address (missing prefecture, wrong zip code), an address written in the alphabet, or an incorrect phone number may cause an automated processing error that will result in several days’ delay. Please refer to the "Pre-order sales" section if your order contains pre-order items.
Q. I did not receive an order confirmation email.
A. Our emails are likely being blocked as spam because of your account settings. Please refer to “Points to note when registering your e-mail address” when registering your email. If you contact us after changing your account settings, we will resend the order confirmation e-mail.
We do not recommend using carrier e-mails like ezweb. They seem to cause problems on different websites. Please consider using Gmail or a similar e-mail address.

Q. How can I change my address?
A. Once an order is received, it is automatically prepared for shipment, and the address cannot be changed. However, after the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the shipping number, so you may contact the shipping company to change the address.
If you have placed a pre-order, you can change your shipping address. Please use the form below to inform us of your old shipping address, new shipping address, and order number. After the change is made, we will resend you an order confirmation e-mail. Please note that the billing address is used to check for invalid orders and cannot be changed after the order is confirmed.
Q. What is the warranty period regarding malfunctions, etc.?
